We want you and your cat to love Clawde. If it isn't the right fit, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.

How It Works
Email hello@getclawde.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work for you. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is covered by the customer. Once your return is on its way back to us, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If It Arrives Damaged
Email us a photo along with your order number and we'll sort it out right away.

Exchanges
We make one product, so there's nothing to exchange it for. If you'd like another one later, just place a new order.
