These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Using this site

You may browse and shop for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy our content, images or product photography, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and colours. Screens vary, so actual colour may differ slightly from the images. If a product arrives and it isn't as described, contact us and we'll make it right.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may change prices or run promotions at any time, but a change will never affect an order you've already placed.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and the other payment providers offered at checkout. We don't store your full card details.

We may cancel and refund an order if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or if we can't fulfil it. We'll always tell you if that happens.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy and refunds in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

Our products are sold for ordinary household use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
